What is the Group Ground n’ Pound?
It’s where all the busters get together and low fly for fun and for practice!

Why?
Low flying helps with general ship control and helps you better understand the atmospheric (and to a degree, space) flight models. Flying in a group, helps you learn speed matching, maneuver matching, tracking, and predicting. All together and you end up with a pretty comprehensive fine-detail flight training.

How it works / “Rules”
When you fly with us, we ask that you follow some basic etiquette:
You do NOT need sticks, bring whatever you have, I promise.

  • Stay within 500m-100m
  • Try to be steady with your movements
  • If you need to exit the line, go up and back (Space + S)
  • If you are leading, you need to keep your speed limit set where I ask.
  • If the person in front of you crashes or leaves the line, smoothly move up and take their position, even if that makes you new new leader.
  • Make sure to have fun and be flexible
